Feature Article In "The View" Local Catonsville news circular, "The View from Catonsville", (formerly Catonsville 21228) contains a recent interview with Tim McFadden in its February issue. In fact, Reality Jones even made the front cover! Written by editor David Sattler, the article recounts Tim McFadden's history with music making and relates some information on Reality Jones and their recently released second CD, "The Other Side". The New CD is Here!  The new CD from Reality Jones, "The Other Side" is now available! The band is very excited about this new CD. It was recorded at Phase Studios in College Park, MD and has that "big studio sound". Special guest percussionist Victor Williams plays on a few tracks, which adds a nice touch to the sound of the band. The new CD is a little "heavier" sounding than the first CD (meaning that IT ROCKS!), but the music and songs hold true to the sound of Reality Jones. New Booking Agent!
Reality Jones is working with a new booking agent, Mike Adolphson. Mike has been working hard to get the band booked into different areas, which will help the band develop a larger fan base. Mike has been succesful at getting the band booked at venues in Essex, MD, York PA and Lancaster, PA. Constance On New Compilation CD! The Reality Jones song, "Constance", won the MakeaStar.com song contest, which ended on 3/4/02.  The song won as a result of fan and industry votes and is now featured on the MakeaStar Compilation CD Volume III. We thank all who voted! Reality Jones Reality Jones Featured In Nationally Published Book! Reality Jones is one of the featured artists in a new book called, "The Complete Idiot's Guide To MP3: Music on the Internet", published by the QUE Corporation. Nat Gertler along with  Rod Underhill, director of the now famous MP3.com web site, are the writers. The book delves into everything you ever wanted to know about the MP3 compression format, which greatly reduces the file size of digitized audio. It also explores the legal and business side of the MP3 format. Included with the book is a CD containing MP3 songs from all the artists featured in the book along with MP3 players, recorders and more. Reality Jones is featured on page 241 of the book and their song "Man Who Lost His Heart" is featured on the CD. The book can be purchased on-line or at any major bookstore.
